Online Manga Workshops is part of EnChantalled, Illustration company and webshop owned by Chantal Visser and is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce with number:  58265295

Even though I would like to get to know you better, I only collect the information that is needed to keep the service functioning, so it is possible for you to follow the workshops and courses.

I will not use your information for Marketing purposes unless you give me permission to do so. I will ask for your permission explicitly.

Your information will be shared with a small group of reliable third parties that facilitate payment, email services, accounting, administration and the hosting of this website. All of these third parties are bound to treat your information with confidentiality though an agreement between them and me, their own oath or by law.

Working together with them ensures that I can be of service to you.

Below I have listed the companies I work with to make everything possible.

Mollie

I use Mollie’s platform to handle (part of) the payments on Online Manga Workshops. Mollie processes your name, address and city details and payment details like your bank account- or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. Mollie retains the right to use your personal information to improve their services and, for that purpose, share (atomized) information with third parties. All before mentioned guarantees concerning the protection of your personal information also apply to the parts of Mollie’s services for which they use third parties. Administration Office Admiraal

I use the services of Administration Office Admiraal to help me keep track of my administration and accounting. I share your name, address and city details and details concerning your orders with them. This information is used for the administration of sales invoices. Your personal information will be sent and stored encrypted. Administration Office Admiraal required to maintain confidentiality when working with your information. Administration Office Admiraal will not use your personal information for any other purposes other than described above.

Siteground

Online Manga Workshops has been developed using software made by WooCommerce and Learndash. We choose to use Siteground for your webhosting. Personal information you make available to me for the purpose of the service will be shared with Siteground. Siteground has access to your information to provide us with (technical) support. They will never use your information for any other purpose. Siteground is obligated to use proper security measures to ensure this as part of the agreement concluded between me and Siteground. These security measures entail the use of SSL-encryption and a strong password policy, among others. Back-ups are made on a regular basis to prevent loss of data.

When you’ve signed up to the platform or bought a course of workshop you will have access to the online platform of this website. Here you will find all the courses and workshops you have signed up for and which groups you are a member of. Every course and workshop has a dedicated group so you can easily get in contact with others that follow the same course or workshop.

You can also change your own profile- and cover photo.

If you follow the link “settings” you can change your password, email address and account name.

Everyone who has access to the online platform can see your name, username, profile picture, cover picture and the courses and workshops you follow.

There is also a “My Account” page. Here you can find an overview of your orders, gift vouchers, downloadable content linked to your purchases and your address information.

You retain the right to have us delete or alter this information.

Based on the applicable Dutch and European legislation you have certain super powers… also known as rights, concerning the personal information that are processed by me or by others on my behalf. Below I will explain which rights you have and how you can invoke these rights.

In principle I will only send account statements and copies of your information to email addresses you have disclosed to us to avoid misuse. If you would like to receive information on a different email address or by regular mail I will ask you to identify yourself. I keep records of all processed requests, in case of a “forgot password” request your information is stored anonymized. You will receive all account statements and copies of information in the machine readable data format that I utilize within our systems.

At all times you have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data protection Authority (Dutch DPA) if you suspect that I misuse your personal information.

Right of inspection

This super power gives you the right to inspect information that we process (or have processed by third parties) that is related to your identity. You can file a request to inspect your information directly to me via email. You will receive a response within 30 days. If your request is granted I will send an email to the email address that you disclosed to us with a copy of all your information along with a summary of all third parties that have used (parts) of your information, citing all categories under which I have stored your information.

Rectification right

This super power gives you the right to change information that we process (or have processed by third parties) that is related to your identity. You can file a request to have your information changed directly to me via email or you can change the information yourself on your account page, profile or personal settings on any of my websites you are registered to.

Changing the information yourself is faster. If you submit a request to me your will receive a response within 30 days. If your request is granted I will send an email to the email address that you have disclosed to us with confirmation that your information has been changed.

Right to limitation of processing

With this super power you have the right to limit which information I process (or have processed by third parties) that is related to your identity. You can submit a request to limit the processing of your information directly to me by email. You will receive a response within 30 days. If your request is granted I will send an email to the email address that you have disclosed to us with conformation that the processing of your information is limited as per your specification until such time as when you decide to have the limitation removed.

Right of transferability

With this super power you have the right to have a specific party process information that I have processed (or have processed by third parties) that is related to your identity. You can submit a request to have your information processed by a specific party directly to me by email. You will receive a response within 30 days. If your request is granted I will send an email to the email address you have disclosed to us with transcripts and or copies of all information concerning you that I have processed (or have had processed by other processors or third parties). It is very likely that after such a request I will no longer be able to provide you with my services because I can no longer guarantee your information is processed securely.

Right of object and additional rights

With this super power you have the right to object against the processing of your information by me (EnChantalled) or others on my behalf. If you object I will immediately cease all processing of your information pending the handling of your objection. If your objection is just I will disclose all accounts and/or copies of your information that I have processed or have had processed by third parties to you and cease processing of your information indefinitely.

You also have the right to not be subjected to automatic individual decision making or profiling. I do not process your information in such a way that this right should apply. If you disagree with that please contact me by email.

I retain the right to change my privacy policy at any time. On this page you will always find the most recent version. If the new privacy policy has consequences for how personal information you have already supplied is processed I will notify you of this through email.
